festival rules and regulations

Welcome to the Long Beach BBQ Festival!!  To ensure a fun and safe environment for all attendees, please adhere to the following rules:

1. Entry Requirements: All attendees must have a valid ticket. Tickets must be shown at the entry gate and worn at all times.
2. Age Restrictions: Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. ID may be required for entry into bar areas.
3. Conduct: Respectful behavior towards all participants, staff, and performers is required. Harassment in any form will not be tolerated.
4. Clothing: Appropriate attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and shoes.
5. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
6. Food and Beverage: Outside food and drinks are not permitted; however, a variety of food and beverages are available for purchase within the festival grounds.
7. Photography and Video: Personal photography is allowed, but commercial use of photos or video captured at the festival without prior permission is prohibited.
8. Lost and Found: Lost items can be reported to or retrieved from the designated Lost and Found area during the festival. Items will be held for 30 days post-event.
9. First Aid: Medical assistance is available at clearly marked First Aid stations throughout the festival grounds.
10. Kids’ Area: Participation in the Kids’ Area and mechanical bull ride is voluntary and at your own risk. By entering these areas, you agree that the Long Beach BBQ Festival, NoahS’s Arc Foundation, vendors and sponsors are not responsible for any injuries or accidents. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
11. Compliance with Security: Bag checks are a condition of entry. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect any bag and deny entry to anyone refusing inspection.
12. Litter: Please use the trash and recycling bins provided around the festival to help keep our site clean.
13. Restricted Areas: Access to restricted areas is limited to authorized personnel only.
14. Weather Policy: The festival is a rain or shine event. In the case of severe weather, listen to announcements and follow instructions from festival staff.
15. Refunds: Please note that all ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of festival cancellation. This policy ensures that we can commit to our vendors, performers, and logistical arrangement, providing you with the best possible experience. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you at the festival.
16. Exiting the Festival: Keep your ticket with you at all times. Re-entry will not be allowed.

By attending the festival, you agree to abide by these rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the festival without a refund. Thank you for helping us keep the festival a safe and enjoyable place for everyone!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following items are not allowed at the festival:

• Weapons: Any form of weapons including firearms, knives, and sharp objects.
• Illegal Substances: All drugs and associated paraphernalia.
• Outside Alcohol: Attendees are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages due to availability at festival bars.
• Glass Containers: No bottles, jars, or any glass items.
• Large Bags/Backpacks: Bags larger than standard backpack size are prohibited.
• Professional Recording Equipment: Including video cameras, tripods, and drones, unless prior approval has been granted.
• Laser Pointers: Any devices that can project a beam.
• Fireworks/Explosives: Including sparklers and any form of flammable liquids.
• Pets: Only service animals are allowed.Service animal must have vest and no ESA will be allowed.
• Large Umbrellas and Tents: Small, handheld umbrellas are permitted.
• Noisemakers: Such as air horns and whistles.
• Promotional Items: Any unsolicited or unapproved promotional materials.
• Personal Motorized Vehicles: Except for mobility aids (skateboards, scooters, and personal motor vehicles are prohibited).
• Drones: For safety and privacy reasons.

Please respect these guidelines to help us keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you arrive with any of these prohibited items, you will be asked to return them to your vehicle or dispose of them at the entrance.
