Register Your Craft/Retail Business

We are now accepting applications for craft and retail vendors for the 2025 Long Beach BBQ Festival. Last year’s event brought over 3,000 BBQ lovers out! This year, we anticipate DOUBLE that amount! Register early as space is limited. If accepted, there will be a $325 registration fee (both days) for craft/retail vendors. Vendors will receive a 10x10 space. A larger space may be requested. TFF for the city of Long Beach will be required. Details will be provided upon acceptance of application.

Whether you're unveiling new flavors, demonstrating innovative products, or simply sharing your passion for BBQ, this is your chance to captivate an enthusiastic audience. Priced at $900, our booths are strategically placed throughout Shoreline Park, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic.

Welcome to Long Beach BBQ Festival Chili Cookoff Contest

Our Specialties

 

We're thrilled that you're interested in showcasing your chili-making skills at our festival. Winner will receive a trophy, a $250 gift card, and be recognized as the best chili in Long Beach!!

**Entry ticket must be purchased in order to enter the contest**

Below are the instructions for registering to compete:

  1. Personal Information: Fill out your personal information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and any other required contact details.
  2. Chili Category: Select the category you wish to compete in:
    • Traditional Chili
    • Vegetarian/Vegan Chili
    • Spiciest Chili

  1. Entry Fee: There is a nominal entry fee of $25 for each participant, payable upon registration. Please ensure payment is made to secure your spot in the competition.
  2. Liability Waiver: All participants must agree to the festival's liability waiver, which acknowledges the risks associated with participating in the cookoff. By submitting your registration, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability arising from your participation.
  3. Agreement to Rules and Regulations: Review and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the chili cookoff contest. These guidelines ensure fair play and a positive experience for all participants.
  4. Confirmation: After submitting your registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with further details regarding check-in times, competition rules, and other important information.

Please note the following legalities:

  • All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • By registering for the chili cookoff contest, you grant permission for the festival organizers to use your name, likeness, photographs, and/or video footage for promotional purposes.
  • The festival reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the rules or exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct.
